Yes, I love to travel all over California but am itching to work outside of the state as well!  I am based in Clovis, CA so travel fees will apply outside of this county.  Travel fees are based on the event or wedding location and the amount of time I’ll be needed on site.

This is dependent on the scope of the event and will be clearly written in your contract but typically if a postponement is necessary, the non-refundable retainer can be postponed to a new date (that I have available) up to 7 months after the original event date.  If the client cancels for any reason, the non-refundable retainer is forfeited by the client and any payments made up to the point of cancellation is forfeited by the client and will not be refunded.  Hours worked by me up to that point will be billed to the client due 14 days after the cancellation notice.

Yes, I do!  I work with incredible vendors who go above and beyond for their clients.  These are vendors I’d trust with my own wedding or special event.  I am open to building new relationships with vendors and in this case, I’ll schedule a call with them to make sure we’re on the same page and will work well together.

I strive to keep a healthy work-life balance which is reflected in my event schedule.  I typically do not book two events in one weekend but sometimes, the scope of those events allow me to do so without being overwhelmed or lose quality in the service I provide to my clients.  I do not book more than one wedding in the same weekend, ever.
